In Iowa, Congressman Leonard Boswell held a press conference in conjunction with the Magellan Pipeline Company, Iowa Corn Growers and the Iowa Renewable Fuel Association to build support for the Renewable Fuel Pipeline Act proposed by Boswell and Lee Terry (R-NE). The bill, introduced in July, would add renewable fuel pipelines as eligible projects for federal loan guarantees. H.R.

Iowa Congressman Leonard Boswell, a Democrat from Des Moines, is hoping a bill he co-sponsored to provide a loan guarantee for the builders of an ethanol pipeline will see some action this time around. Boswell says things are different as he tries the bill a second time.
